Last month, Lindsay Lohan's apartment leaked water... right down into her ex-boyfriend's apartment! Oops! Harry Morton, owner of Las Vegas' Pink Taco and son of Hard Rock owner Peter Morton, sued Lohan for more than $150,000 worth of damages caused by what was then a suspected pipe burst. The pipes in Lohan's Sierra Towers apartment reportedly burst, and the damage was not reported immediately because neither Lohan nor Morton were home. "This happened while Lindsay was in New York and we find the timing odd, but the situation is being dealt with," said Lohan's rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnick. However, just recently, TMZ.com obtained the incident report, and Morton's claiming it wasn't a faulty pipe but a faulty Lohan. Security officers went to Lohan's apartment, walked into the master bathroom, "and found the water overflowing in the bathtub," according to the report. Lindsay Lohan disappoints the world yet again. The actress has dropped out of The Best Time of Our Lives, a film which sparked rumors of a possible lesbian relationship between Lohan and Keira Knightley's characters. Lohan was unable to work out an agreeable contract with the film's producers, Lohan's rep Leslie Sloane-Zelnick told Life & Style. "[She] was supposed to start filming on April 21," said a source. "But they were unable to come to terms. She didn't back out and they didn't pull the deal. But there were changes that weren't to her liking, and that was that." Awww man!
